Education:
  • Diploma, B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production, Automobile
  • Diploma or MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage

    • 1-2 years in Sales and Marketing of services and products
    • Good knowledge of embedded systems, industrial process control and instrumentation, manufacturing industry such as engineering, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, paper, petrochemical and textile, CAD/CAE, etc
    Soft Skills :
    • Flare for traveling, creating, following leads and winning business
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
    • Working knowledge of local languages like Hindi, Marathi, Kannada and Gujarati
    • Excellent skills in use of Office suite of tools

    Customer Support

    Job Title :Customer Support Engineer

    Job Description :

    • Responsible for installation, maintenance and support of software, electronic products onsite
    • Installation of software products
    • Installation of electronic products
    • Remote and onsite maintenance and support of software and hardware products
    • Co-ordinate with internal sales and marketing team for product installation
    • Co-ordinate with internal departments for readiness of products per installation schedule
    • Co-ordinate with client for installation of products per execution timelines


    Education:

      • Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation

    Experience:

      • 2+ years experience in onsite products installation, commissioning, maintenance and support

    Qualifications:

      • Dynamic, proactive skills in taking on site decisions and implement solutions
      • Disciplined and methodical
      • Excellent interpersonal skills
      • Excellent problem solving and crisis handling skills
      • Excellent learnability
      • Familiarity with installation and configuration of software on Microsoft Windows platform
